We manufacture gift cards in PVC, paper and recycled RABS. Material selection depends on your intended use, preferred finish and required card features.
2. Can you print our logo and design?
Yes. We manufacture cards using your supplied artwork and specifications. Please provide your design, card dimensions and preferred finish when requesting a quotation.
3. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Please share your card material, specifications and required quantity. We will confirm the applicable MOQ with your quotation.
4. Can we request samples before placing an order?
Yes. Contact us to check available samples or discuss a custom sample based on your specifications. Sample costs and shipping charges will be confirmed in advance.
5. Can the cards include barcodes, QR codes, magnetic stripes or RFID chips?
These features can be incorporated depending on the card material and specifications. Please tell us which features you require and provide any relevant data or encoding requirements for review.
6. Will the cards work with our existing gift card system?
Compatibility depends on your system’s requirements. Please confirm the card type and data format with your system provider before production. We supply physical cards; activation, balance management and redemption are handled by your gift card system.
7. How long does production take?
Production time depends on the order quantity, materials, printing and personalization requirements. We will confirm the schedule once your specifications and artwork have been reviewed.
8. What information do you need for a quotation?
Please provide the quantity, material, card size and thickness, artwork, required card features, packaging requirements and delivery destination. If some specifications are undecided, tell us how the cards will be used.
