MOQ

Our minimum order quantity for all products is 1,000 pieces. Orders over 10,000 pieces enjoy more competitive unit pricing and qualify for free prototyping. Please contact us for a detailed quotation.

Payment Terms

We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, Western Union, Money Gram and L/C. For first-time orders, we typically require 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment. Long-term partners may negotiate flexible terms.

Color Accuracy & Quality Assurance

To ensure the final print matches your expectations, SIBEITE utilizes the latest Heidelberg printing presses from Germany. By employing CTP (Computer-to-Plate) technology, we precisely control color standards and minimize chromatic aberration. We use CMYK and Pantone color systems as our references. For orders with high color-accuracy requirements, we strongly recommend a physical sample for confirmation or providing a color-matching sample before mass production begins.


What eco-friendly materials do we offer for gift cards?

We specialize in 100% Recycled (RABS) plastic, made from post-consumer recycled materials. We also offer  PVC,  recycled paper, and biodegradable options. All materials are RoHS and REACH compliant.

What's the difference between RABS and regular ABS?

RABS (Recycled ABS) is made from post-consumer or post-industrial recycled plastic, reducing environmental impact by up to 70% compared to virgin ABS. It maintains similar durability, strength, and printing quality, with only slight variations in texture that add a unique eco-aesthetic to your cards.

What customization options do we offer?

Full customization available: Logo printing (offset/screen/digital/gold stamping), custom shapes (die-cut), custom sizes, surface finish (glossy/matte/soft-touch/UV), chip selection (TK4100/F08/NTAG213/MIFARE), data writing, and custom packaging. Just send us your artwork or requirements!


What RFID/NFC chip types do we support?

We support a wide range: Low Frequency (125KHz): TK4100, EM4200; High Frequency (13.56MHz): F08, NTAG213/215/216, MIFARE Classic 1K/4K, MIFARE DESFire, Ultralight; UHF (860-960MHz): Alien H3, Impinj M4/M5. Custom chips also available.

How do we ship the products?

We offer multiple shipping options: Express (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT) for samples and small orders (3-7 days); Air freight for medium quantities (7-15 days); Sea freight for bulk orders (20-35 days). We'll recommend the most cost-effective option based on your order size and urgency.
